Steering Committee for the Architecture Programs (STE, ARBE, Architecture) 2024/2025
Starting from academic year 2020/21, the Master’s Degree Program in Architecture – Interior Design and for Autonomy, together with the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Building Sciences and Techniques (class L-23), established a shared Steering Committee, with the aim of strengthening coordination between the two Degree Programs (Bachelor’s and Master’s). This initiative was intended to further align educational demand with the learning outcomes pursued by the aforementioned Degree Programs. The primary objective of the Steering Committee is to provide useful elements for assessing the actual employment potential of graduates and to introduce any necessary adjustments to the educational offerings of the Degree Programs through increasingly constructive dialogue with social stakeholders, while verifying the adequacy of the cultural and professional profiles developed within the Degree Programs.
On April 16, 2025, the Department Council approved the proposal, previously approved by the individual Degree Programs, to establish a single Steering Committee for the Architecture Programs. The objective of this committee is to strengthen integration and coordination among related Degree Programs, promoting complementarity and educational continuity in the field of architectural studies, as well as a unified dialogue with the stakeholders.
In accordance with University guidelines, the Steering Committee of the Architecture Programs includes both internal and external members and is composed as follows:

The Committee meets periodically, at least two to three times per year, including online, to analyze educational objectives within the teaching activities outlined in the curricula, teaching methods, and job placement.

Ongoing dialogue with industry partners is ensured through monitoring and career guidance activities carried out by the Department’s Job Placement Committee.
The Master’s Degree Program in Architecture – Interior Design and for Autonomy, taught in English, has met with several stakeholders of the sector. These meetings took place during events organized with companies by the Job Placement Committee or at the initiative of faculty members of the Degree Program and are always coordinated by the Department Delegate for Job Placement. The Department has established a national-level network of partnerships with companies, which are regularly hosted by the Department for recruitment activities and to help students understand employment sectors, effective job search strategies, professional roles, and career paths.
Through the Department website, all faculty members are informed of the schedule of meetings so they can participate and engage in discussion on the teaching activities, particularly regarding the graduate professional profile and the associated competencies.

Comitato di Indirizzo della Filiera dell’Architettura (STE, ARBE, Architettura c.u.) 2024/2025
A partire dall’a.a. 2020/21 il Corso di studio Magistrale in Architettura - Progettazione degli Interni e per l’Autonomia unitamente al Corso di studio in Scienze e Tecniche dell’Edilizia (classe L-23) ha istituito un Comitato di Indirizzo mutuato a livello di filiera, al fine di rafforzare il coordinamento tra i due CCdSS (Triennale e Magistrale), allineando ulteriormente la domanda di formazione e i risultati di apprendimento che i suddetti Corsi di Studio perseguono. Il Comitato di Indirizzo si pone come principale obiettivo quello di fornire elementi utili a valutare le effettive potenzialità occupazionali dei laureati e ad apportare eventuali correttivi all’offerta formativa dei Corsi di studio attraverso un confronto sempre più costruttivo con le parti sociali, verificando l’adeguatezza dei profili culturali e professionali formati dai Corsi di studio in filiera.
Il 16 aprile 2025 è stata approvata dal Consiglio di Dipartimento la proposta, già approvata nei singoli Corsi di Studio, di creare un unico Comitato di Indirizzo della Filiera dell'Architettura, con l'obiettivo di rafforzare l'integrazione e il coordinamento tra Corsi di Studio affini, promuovendo complementarità e continuità formativa nel campo degli studi di architettura ed un confronto unitario con le parti sociali.
In accordo con le linee guida di Ateneo, il Comitato di Indirizzo della Filiera dell'Architettura prevede una componente interna ed una esterna ed è composto come di seguito riportato:

Il Comitato si riunisce periodicamente, almeno due/tre volte l’anno, anche in via telematica, per analizzare gli obiettivi formativi nell’ambito delle materie e delle attività didattiche del manifesto, le modalità di insegnamento e il percorso di avvicinamento al mondo della professione.
Il confronto permanente con imprese di settore è reso possibile dalle azioni di monitoraggio e orientamento al lavoro poste in essere dalla Commissione job placement di Dipartimento.
Il Corso di Studio Magistrale Architettura Progettazione degli Interni e per l'Autonomia in lingua inglese ha incontrato alcuni stakeholder rappresentativi del settore. Gli incontri sono avvenuti in occasione degli eventi organizzati con le Aziende dalla Commissione Job and Placement o su iniziativa dei docenti del CdS e sono sempre coordinati dal docente referente per il Placement. Il Dipartimento ha creato una rete di partnership con le imprese a livello nazionale, che vengono regolarmente ospitate in Dipartimento per azioni recruiting e per aiutare gli studenti a comprendere i settori di impiego, le modalità più efficaci per la ricerca attiva del lavoro, i ruoli professionali e i percorsi di carriera.
Tramite il sito web tutti i docenti sono a conoscenza del calendario degli incontri in modo da potervi partecipare e avere un confronto sul percorso formativo soprattutto per quanto riguarda il profilo professionale in uscita e le competenze ad esso associate.
